Teen pop phenom Justin Bieber swears he's not the father of Mariah Yeater's three-month-old son, and he'll submit his DNA to prove it.
TMZ reports that Bieber, 17, will take a paternity test when he returns to the United States from Europe in two weeks. A source claims that once Bieber proves he's not the father of Yeater's child, he'll sue her for defamation.

Yeater, 20, alleges that she became pregnant after a 30-second tryst in a Staples Center bathroom backstage after one of Bieber's concerts. This isn't the first time she's been challenged on a paternity claim, either: Last week, it came out that Yeater was arrested last year for slapping her ex-boyfriend after he denied being the father of her then-unborn son, Tristyn.
Last week, Bieber addressed Yeater's claims during an appearance on Today, saying, "I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."
Bieber says he doesn't even hang out backstage: "I think it's crazy because every night after the show, I've gone right from the stage to my car. So it's crazy that some people want to make up some false allegations, but to set the record straight, none of it is true. Never met the woman."
